Yukito Kato provides corporate clients with management consulting primarily for taxation and accounting and individual clients with consulting services for inheritance planning and business succession. In particular, he actively provides support for venture company growth strategies in the early stages of their development through consulting for the formation of business and capital planning. More recently, he has focused on the revitalization of small and midsize companies. His goal is to provide consulting services that emphasize client satisfaction.

Naoto Kasuya offers tax and accounting consulting services primarily to venture companies and leading midsize enterprises in Japan. Recently, he has focused on corporate restructuring such as mergers and spin-offs as well as on asset securitalization. He consistently provides professional services from the client perspective.
Kasuya is committed to providing his team members with challenging and interesting jobs and a better working environment. Nothing gives him greater pleasure than to know that his staffs are delighted to be working with Actus.

Tetsunori Chiba CPA, CPTA

1982

Joins Tokyo Marunouchi Office of the Sanwa Audit Corporation (now Deloitte Touche Tomatsu)
Subsequently temporarily seconded to the Tax Division of Detroit Office of Touche Ross & Co. (now Deloitte & Touche) and acquired a master’s degree in U.S. taxation from Walsh College.

1995

Resigns from Toshiaki Tatsushima certified tax accountant office (currently Tohmatsu Tax Corp) and begins operating independently.

2007

Appointed representative partner of Actus Tax Corporation.
Appointed representative director of Actus Chiba Accounting services, inc.

Tetsunori Chiba offers tax and accounting consulting services primarily to foreign affiliated companies as well as to Japanese companies. He also focuses on advisory services to venture capital for listing of stocks. At present, he is a member of the International Taxation Sub-Committee of the Taxation Examination Committee of the Japanese Institute of Certified Public Accounts and serves as an advisor to the Organization for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation.
He also focuses on providing most attentive and helpful services to clients as well as creating organization which is an appealing workplace for professionals to train and educate themselves.

Akihiro Furuta

2001

Joins Actus Associates, CTAs (now Actus Tax Corporation).

Akihiro Furuta previously worked for leading general trading company, which included an overseas assignment, developing and investing in hotels and golf courses overseas and managing the facilities at a resort developer.
Since joining the Actus Group, he has provided accounting outsourcing services, primarily to foreign clients. Taking full advantage of his considerable experience in international trade, overseas investment management and the management of foreign corporations, he offers higher value-added services geared to specific client needs, going far beyond the simple outsourcing of accounting.

Keisuke Yamane has audited and assisted with initial public offerings for both listed and foreign-affiliated companies and has provided tax accounting services for companies of all sizes, particularly in the Kansai region. Having been involved in the SCS Global Consulting Group (now affiliated with Actus) as a partner during the group’s early days, He has experiences providing advice from a comprehensive global perspective, focusing primarily on corporate management, business transfer and overseas expansion.
He strives to provide professional services of the highest possible quality to enable our clients to make quick business decisions and implement robust management.
